It was one of those really hot days, a Tuesday to be exact, 23rd of September 2008. Heva and I took a bus from campus immediately after Ms. Natasha's class, directly to Peter's house.
By the time we got there, our favorite chef's were already at work, with their forks and knives, pots and pans cooking an extravagant lunch. It was not a usual sight, these were the guys we messed around with everyday...seeing them in their working Chef mode was a rare and unforgettable sight.
A hour and a half later they came up with this main course. Its a French dish (and I can't pronounce it neither can i spell it), so I'll just tell you in English. :)
Honey Roasted Chicken with a special French sauce
Sauteed French Beans and Carrots
Potatoes and Cheese

Actually before the main course, we had an Appetizer. Diced vegetables with a different version of Thousand Island sauce. We call it the P&J Sauce. With poached eggs.
Justine came in for lunch too, but she left early after helping us with the washing up, as she had to buy a few things.
For dessert (a surprise dessert) we had Vanilla Ice Cream with Macademia Nuts. Yum!

We watched a bit of Braveheart. Only a bit...we sort of dozed of in Peter's living room. We talked, laughed, and got tickled! It was great fun. It was a fantastic day, one I'll never forget.
